Microdigital have today announced that as shown at the Wakefield Show their troubled Omega now has network support. The MD news desk reads "We today shipped out the first batch of ethernet cards with version 4.34 of our driver software to UK Omega users and we should finish supplying all back orders by the middle of this week".
MD have also confirmed that there are still "odd niggling problems" with RISC OS 4.03 which work for Adjust and Select, and that their driver works well with later versions of the OS.
MD recommend that anyone wishing to do serious networking should upgrade to Adjust.

Well done Microdigital. Another 16 years, and XScale might be working, too. |
